What InvoiceStars does

When a QuickBooks Online invoice is paid in full, InvoiceStars prepares a Google review request email to that customer. Depending on your settings, it waits for your approval or sends after the delay you pick. InvoiceStars only reads your QuickBooks data and never changes it. Features may change.

Your account

You sign in with a link we email you. Keep access to that email address secure. You're responsible for activity in your account.

Your responsibilities

Trial and billing

$25 per location per month after a 14-day free trial, billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Fees aren't refunded except where the law requires.

Acceptable use

No spam, fake or paid-for reviews, or unlawful messages. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Disconnecting and ending

You can disconnect QuickBooks or stop using InvoiceStars at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data. We may end the service with notice.

Other services

QuickBooks, Google, Stripe and our other providers have their own terms. InvoiceStars isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit or Google. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.

No warranty; limits

The service is provided "as is." We don't promise any number of reviews. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Rhode Island, USA.
