Is this allowed by Google?Yes. We ask every customer who pays in full. We never filter out unhappy customers and never offer rewards for reviews, both of which Google bans.
What if a customer pays a deposit first?Nothing is sent until the invoice balance is $0.
Do you change anything in my QuickBooks?No. We only read the data needed to send requests.
Can I approve requests before they go out?Yes. Turn on approval mode and review each one first.
Does it text customers?Email + SMS (SMS coming). Email works today. Text messages start on the same plan after US carrier registration for your business (we guide you).
Who uses it?We are piloting with a Rhode Island embroidery shop.
